Egg white is a replacement for plastic surgery to remove burn wounds and reconstruct the skin

Apply egg oil (egg yolk oil) twice a day for a week or until the burn wound is completely healed. Egg oil treatment showed abundant re-epithelialization on second or third degree burns without tissue scar.

Egg oil has many vital nutrients including essential Omega-3 fatty acids like Docosahexaenoic Acid, anti-oxidants like lutein & zeaxanthin and immunoglobulins which showed rapid healing in rats

It may also be combined with Silver Sulfadiazine for slow release.

Rapid action:

Skin is a lipid membrane and is composed of sub units of fats called fatty acids. These fatty acids are essential for skin regeneration and healing. The fatty acid profile of egg yolk oil matches very closely to that of skin and hence it integrates well into the skin and aids faster re-epithilisation. In addition, egg oil has the essential fatty acids like the Omega 3 (DHA) and Omega 6 acids, which are not produced in the body in sufficient amount and have to be supplied externally. There are a very few natural sources of the essential fatty acids, egg oil being one of the richest. Because of cholesterol, it is absorbed to a much greater extent.

GUARDs AGAINST INFECTION

Skin guards us from infection by millions of pathogenic bacteria present in the environment. A burn injury to the skin breaks the dermis and exposes the inner membranes. This makes them prone to infection. All the burn medications focus on preventing any further infection as they incorporate many anti bacterial agents.

NO MORE SCARS:

A burn injury scars the psyche of the patient. The pain might go and the wound may heal but the sight of scar is a constant reminder of the trauma for the patient. Egg oil has the power to make the scars go forever.

SAFE AND NATURAL:

Egg oil is a completely natural product. It is well tolerated on the skin. A study conducted at the Institute for experimental Dermatology, University Witten-Herdecke by Professor Tronnier proved that egg oil caused no irritation to the skin and improved the skin surface in terms of increasing suppleness, smoothness and decreasing scaliness and wrinkles.

Other Natural techniques:

Use cool water: Stick the burned area under cool running water for 10-15 minutes; if you can still feel the burning sensation, then your skin is still being burned. Avoid using very cold water, as this can damage the skin around the burn

Add a cold compress: If cold water isn’t an option, use a cold compress or ice pack wrapped in a towel and placed over your burn. Never apply ice or your compress directly to the burn, as this will damage the skin.

Take a pain reliever: Use an over-the-counter pain reliever such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen, aspirin, or naproxen. If the pain and swelling does not dissipate after several hours, take another dose of the medication. Avoid giving aspirin to young children or if you are recently recovering from the flu or chickenpox.

Use a salt solution:Help to heal your burn and keep it clean by rinsing it every hour with a salt solution. Mix one tablespoon of salt with an 8oz cup of warm water and allow it to cool. Then, slowly pour the solution over your burned skin.

Try using black tea: Black tea contains tannic acid, which helps to draw heat from the deepest part of your burn. It therefore speeds the healing process and may remove some of your pain. Soak a few black tea bags (it doesn’t matter what kind) in water and then place them on your burn. You can also choose to dab strongly brewed tea onto your burn with a washcloth.

Use aloe vera: Aloe vera is a type of plant that excretes a clear gel used to treat burns. Use the gel directly from a live plant or find a processed gel from a local drugstore. Apply in a thin layer (it won’t rub in) to the area of the burn.

Soak your burn in milk: Milk, especially nonfat milk, contains special enzymes that help to reduce pain and speed up the healing of your burns. Place your burned area in a bowl of milk for 15 minutes, or soak a cloth in the milk and allow it to rest on your burn. Be sure to rinse the area with cool water after soaking.

Apply a little honey: Honey works to kill bacteria that might be in the burn and draws moisture from your skin, which helps to soothe the burnt area. Spread a thin layer of honey over your burn or dab some on gauze before wrapping the area.

Wrap the burn in gauze: Although you may not need to apply a bandage to a first degree burns, second degree burns may require a wrap to keep out infection. Use gauze, not cotton which sticks, to cover the burn. This should be changed daily and removed when the burn has healed.

Treatment for Major Burns:

Major Burns should not attempt to be treated at home, and require immediate treatment by a professional. Call for an ambulance or visit your doctor or an emergency room immediately.

Gooseberry:Protects heart by making muscles strong and also many more benifits

Indian Gooseberry or Amla (Emblica officinalis) also called as Amalaki or Dhatriphala in Sanskrit is one of the most valuable fruits discovered till date by mankind. Abundantly growing in India, the tree is found in deciduous forests across the Indian subcontinent. It is the most commonly used ingredient of most Ayurvedic preparations in some form or the other.

Health benefits of gooseberries:

Develop strong immune system:

The berries are moderate source of vitamin-C. 100 g of fresh berries provide 27.7 mcg or 46% of daily-recommended intake values of vitamin C. Research studies have shown that consumption of fruits rich in vitamin-C helps body develop immunity against infectious agents, and help scavenge harmful oxygen free radicals from the body.

Prevents Lung cancers:

They carry small amounts of vitamin-A. 100 g berries has 290 IU or 10 % of RDA of this vitamin. Vitamin A is required for maintaining integrity of mucus membranes and skin, and essential component of visual cycle. In addition, consumption of natural fruits rich in vitamins and flavonoid anti-oxidants has been found to protect from lung and oral cavity cancers.

Rich of essential minerals:

Furthermore, gooseberries contain adequate levels of minerals such as copper, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, magnesium, and potassium.

Rich in vitamin c and vitamins B compounds:

Indian gooseberries (amla) are exceptionally rich in vitamin C. However, their anti-oxidant properties come from other anti-oxidant compounds tannins

Fresh berries contain small amounts of essential vitamins such as pyridoxine (vitamin B-6), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), folates, and thiamin (vitamin B-1). Some of these vitamins are essential in the sense that the body requires them for metabolism from external sources to replenish.

DIABETES:

Diabetes occurs due to pancreas failure to regulate the blood glucose levels. Today as the number of diabetic patients is rapidly increasing due to the adoption of western food habits, tobacco and alcohol.Manage the diabetes with gooseberry .Gooseberry contains chromium. It has a therapeutic value in diabetics. Gooseberry stimulates the isolated group of cells which secrete the hormone insulin and reduces blood sugar in diabetic patient.

How benefits are the metals that lies in your body and How harmful if the same metals in excess quantity

Metals make many vital functions like respiration, circulation and reproduction possible in our body system.

Cobalt which is part of the core of vitamin B12, is key to making red blood cells, while iron allows those cells to ferry oxygen and other important chemicals to the body’s tissues.

Calcium not only strengthens bones but also plays a role in muscle, nerve function and blood clotting.

Sodium and potassium help the heart and nerves communicate through electrical signals.

Iron, for example, prevents anemia, and zinc is a cofactor in over 100 enzyme reactions.

Exposure to too much metal can be harmful. But not getting enough metal in the right places can make us sick, too. This is the case with conditions such as iron-deficiency anemia and osteoporosis.

Increases Toxin levels in the body:

Once liberated into the environment through the air, drinking water, food, or countless human-made chemicals and products, heavy metals are taken into the body via inhalation, ingestion, and skin absorption.

If heavy metals enter and accumulate in body tissues faster than the body’s detoxification pathways can dispose of them, a gradual buildup of these toxins will occur.

Processed products:

Human exposure to heavy metals has risen dramatically in the last 50 years, however, as a result of an exponential increase in the use of heavy metals in industrial processes and products.

Today, chronic exposure comes from mercury-amalgam dental fillings, lead in paint and tap water, chemical residues in processed foods, and personal care products (cosmetics, shampoo and other hair products, mouthwash, toothpaste, soap). In today’s industrial society, there is no escaping exposure to toxic chemicals and metals.

Industries Nearby homes and outdoors:

In addition to the hazards at home and outdoors, many occupations involve daily heavy metal exposure. Over 50 professions entail exposure to mercury alone. These include physicians, pharmaceutical workers, any dental occupation, laboratory workers, hairdressers, painters, printers, welders, metalworkers, cosmetic workers, battery makers, engravers, photographers, visual artists, and potters.

Damages mental and neurological function:

The Effects of Heavy Metal Toxicity Studies confirm that heavy metals can directly influence behavior by impairing mental and neurological function, influencing neurotransmitter production and utilization, and altering numerous metabolic body processes. Systems in which toxic metal elements can induce impairment and dysfunction include the blood and cardiovascular, detoxification pathways (colon, liver, kidneys, skin), endocrine (hormonal), energy production pathways, enzymatic, gastrointestinal, immune, nervous (central and peripheral), reproductive, and urinary.

Spoils immune system and tissues:

Breathing heavy metal particles, even at levels well below those considered nontoxic, can have serious health effects. Virtually all aspects of animal and human immune system function are compromised by the inhalation of heavy metal particulates. In addition, toxic metals can increase allergic reactions, cause genetic mutation, compete with good trace metals for biochemical bond sites, and act as antibiotics, killing both harmful and beneficial bacteria.

Much of the damage produced by toxic metals stems from the proliferation of oxidative free radicals they cause. A free radical is an energetically unbalanced molecule, composed of an unpaired electron, that steals an electron from another molecule to restore its balance. Free radicals result naturally when cell molecules react with oxygen (oxidation) but, with a heavy toxic load or existing antioxidant deficiencies, uncontrolled free-radical production occurs. Unchecked, free radicals can cause tissue damage throughout the body; free-radical damage underlies all degenerative diseases. Antioxidants such as vitamins A, C, and E curtail free-radical activity.

Acidity and brittle bones:

Heavy metals can also increase the acidity of the blood. The body draws calcium from the bones to help restore the proper blood pH. Further, toxic metals set up conditions that lead to inflammation in arteries and tissues, causing more calcium to be drawn to the area as a buffer. The calcium coats the inflamed areas in the blood vessels like a bandage, patching up one problem but creating another, namely the hardening of the artery walls and progressive blockage of the arteries. Without replenishment of calcium, the constant removal of this important mineral from the bones will result in osteoporosis (loss of bone density leading to brittle bones).

Do you want a Flat and slim belly?try these…

Must have snacks 3pm to 4pm:

You must eat a snack that contains protein between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Go for a protein bar, a piece of low-fat cheese, or some almonds with an organic apple.

No matter what, do not miss that snack. It’s important because it boosts metabolism and balances blood sugar. The lower you keep your blood sugar, the lower you keep your insulin, and insulin makes you store fat around your middle.

Eating every three to four hours will keep your blood sugar even, but many people tend to go five or six hours between lunch and dinner without eating.

Chew food:

Chewing is the No. 1 tip to prevent bloating. Chew food until it is like applesauce in your mouth. Digestion begins in the mouth, and without proper chewing, food is not well-digested. Better-digested food means less gas and bloating.

Four step approach:

Diet first, Cardio second, Building muscle third, and Abs exercises last. Follow it and you can safely lose one to two pounds a week. Spend 60 minutes a day preparing healthier meals.

Spend 20 minutes a day three to five times weekly doing cardio.

Spend 15 minutes a day three times week strength training

Finally, spend 5 minutes a day three times a week doing abs exercises.

Shake on the sea salt:

The culprit making your tummy bloats? It could be the salt in your diet. Use natural sea salt or kosher salt, which is lower in sodium teaspoon for teaspoon than traditional table salts. And stay away from soy sauce: Even low-sodium soy sauce is still high in sodium and will cause practically instant bloating.

Instead, flavor your food with a little fresh tomato salsa or a hint of cayenne pepper, which has an added benefit of boosting metabolism.

Have a ball:

Do the ball exchange three times a week. Lay flat on your back with your arms above your head and legs straight out. Start with a stability ball above your head in your hands. Bring the ball up above your chest as you bring your legs up to meet the ball and place it between your ankles. Bring the ball back down to the floor with your legs and straighten your arms back out over your head.

Repeat the ball exchange 10 to 12 times, remembering to keep your lower back pressed into the floor as you do this move.

Quantity and combination matters:

Eating portion-controlled meals that include whole-grain foods and monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) throughout the day is the best way to eat for a flat belly: People who eat whole grains lose more abdominal fat.

Laugh enough:

The best thing for your abs is laughing. Every time you laugh it strengthens your abs. There are even laughing yoga classes (Go to Laughter Yoga to find a class near you). If you start busting a gust, you are absolutely toning your abs.

How wearable metal rings control your neurons and health

The fourth finger from the Thumb, known as the ring finger, the most vital is its function and connectivity. It is widely believed, that the nerve passing through this finger is evenly spread to the entire brain neuron cells and any frequent metallic friction caused in this finger is very good for one’s health.

It also improves one’s general capacity in handling his/her life with ease and confidence.

That’s why all over the world, they use gold rings for men and women, very commonly in this finger.

The second finger from Thumb called the index finger, This finger’s nerves are connected to the brain,

in its learning capacitor neurons. It’s good to wear gold ring in index finger, preferably with Yellow Sapphire stone.

The Thumb in both hands have neurons that connects the brain neurons/nerves with the sexual organs.

Any metallic friction in the body kindles specific brain neurons. So as to avoid frequent frictions in a specific part, they avoided wearing any ornaments in the Thumbs.

Then the Middle finger. It is said that it’s nerve is passing through the brain divider line and if any metallic friction is here,

Then the confusion is caused in the brain whether the signal given is from left or right side of the brain.

When some important decision is to be taken and if the confusion prevails because of wearing a ring in the middle finger, then it is likely to be the wrong decision. To avoid this, generally people never wore nor wear any rings in this middle finger.

Finally, the little finger. This finger controls the organs that are ruling the brain, thoughts and thinking. Any friction in this finger causes some disturbance in one’s thoughts. It’s better to not wear any ring for little finger
